All package purchases are non-refundable.
Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the named client.
All treatments are subject to appointment availability.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice, otherwise the session may be forfeited.
Substitutions or swaps for alternative treatments are not permitted.
All treatments are subject to a medical consultation to ensure suitability.
Injectable treatments are subject to practitioner approval and medical suitability on the day.
Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Unused treatments after the expiry date will be void and cannot be extended.
Any included devices come with standard manufacturer warranty and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Package pricing cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or loyalty incentives.
