General Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Currentbody Skin: The Clinic. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Offered

We provide a range of aesthetic treatments, all services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

3. Age Requirement

All patients must be over the age of 18 to receive treatments at our clinic. We reserve the right to request proof of age if necessary.

4. Right to Refuse Treatment

Currentbody Skin: The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment to any patient for any reason, including but not limited to medical contraindications, safety concerns, or inappropriate behavior.

5. Consultation Requirement

• All patients must undergo an initial consultation before any treatment.

• A non-refundable consultation fee of £50 is required at the time of booking. This fee will be credited towards any treatment you choose to proceed with.

6. Booking and Cancellations

• Appointment Booking: Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person.

• Cancellations: We require a 48 hour notice for cancellations in order to refund or reschedule your appointment.
  48 hour and above: you can reschedule or cancel your appointment.
  48-24 hours: please call the clinic and we may be able to reschedule, cancellations will not be refunded.
  24 hours or less: you are unable to cancel or reschedule and the total amount is not refundable.

7. Payment Terms

• Payment for services is due at the time of treatment. We accept debit card, credit card and cash payments. 

• Prices for services are subject to change. We will inform you of any changes prior to your appointment.

8. Medical History and Consent

• Clients must provide accurate medical history during their initial consultation.

• Consent forms must be signed before any treatment is administered. You have the right to ask questions about your treatment before signing.

9. Results and Expectations

• Individual results may vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and results are not guaranteed.

• We encourage clients to have realistic expectations and to discuss any concerns with our practitioners.

10. Liability

• Currentbody Skin: The Clinic is not liable for any injuries, adverse reactions, or complications resulting from treatments.

• Clients must follow aftercare instructions to minimize risks.

11. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information will be kept confidential and will only be used for treatment purposes, billing, and communications regarding your care. 

• With express permission, we may email you with clinic offers and marketing content. 

• With express permission your before and after images may be used in advertising and marketing content.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. General

• These Terms and Conditions apply to all gift cards issued by CurrentBody Skin: The Clinic.

• By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purchase & Validity

• Gift cards may be purchased in-clinic or online through authorised channels.

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

• Expired gift cards cannot be extended, redeemed, or refunded.

3. Redemption

• Gift cards can be redeemed for treatments, consultations, and products available at the Clinic at the time of redemption.

• Gift cards cannot be used for services delivered by third-party providers.

• The physical or digital gift card must be presented at checkout to redeem.

4. Restrictions

• Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash.

• They cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

• Promotional or complimentary gift cards may carry additional restrictions and cannot always be combined with other offers.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

• Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

• The Clinic is not responsible for unauthorised use.

6. Treatment Eligibility

• Clients must be 18 years of age or older to redeem a gift card for any treatment or consultation.

• Some treatments require a consultation and are subject to practitioner approval.

• If you are unsuitable for a chosen treatment, the gift card value may be used toward alternative eligible treatments or products.

7. Booking & Cancellations

• All gift-card bookings are subject to availability.

• Standard Clinic cancellation policies apply.

• Missed appointments may result in the full treatment value being deducted from the gift card.

8. Remaining Balances

• If a treatment exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid at the time of the appointment.

• Any unused balance will remain on the card until its expiry date.

9. Changes to Terms

• The Clinic may update these Terms at any time.

• Changes will not affect gift cards already issued at the time of purchase.
